“Confusing presentation of product description. Should be able to click on any picture of a product and get a clear picture along with a detailed description and specifications of that particular item.”

“I had to do a lot of looking to find what I was looking for. Example, I was looking for pouring epoxy, one would think it would be under finishes. but it is not, that is odd to me. I ended up going to the catalog and look page by page to find it. I knew it was carried here so I did keep looking for it.”
