I placed an order. Two items were missing from my order. I called you 4 times, and I did not get a reply. The missing parts were the hinge plates for hinges I ordered so I can't use them without plates. I am placing an order for the plates again and I hope they show up!!!

The website is difficult to navigate. There's no way to order directly from the online catalog. Putting the product number in a search leads to obscure links. When placing my order I had to re-enter my address and email twice. My credit card information (CVV number) was repeatedly refused. If there was one more problem I would have cancelled my order.

Extremely poor interconnection between catalog and purchase/order process. I expect you have lost a large percentage of your possible orders because of this. My larger purchases seemed to be out of stock (no idea since it simply doesn't show up as a purchase item). The quality of your website and the lack of stock makes it look like you are going out of business.

lazy ass customer service if at all. no one can help find a machine that parts are needed for. dont use them if you are outside New Mexico. you will stuck with a machine that NO ONE can service.

Hello Lee, we apologize for the less-than-stellar experience. Our Woodtek line has been discontinued for a couple of years now and this can make it difficult for us to locate replacement parts for our customers. As always, we're available to assist as much as we can so when you can, please provide us with the horsepower and the width of the bed on the planer you inquired about and we'll be more than happy to locate what we can for this machine.

One of the worst websites I deal with. Often take business elsewhere to avoid it. Also, selections are getting so narrowed it is hardly worth it.

Hi Michael, we apologize for the poor experience, can you tell us a bit more about where you experienced issues while using our website? As for our selections, we've undergone a pretty significant transformation in the last few years and have recently started to build our selection once more so be on the lookup for new products as we find them.

Do not buy from this company! The positive reviews in my opinion are inaccurate and do not reflect current standards! I have had the worst experience with this company. I had ordered table slides from the company in January and did not receive them until March. I have not been able to use my beautiful table for over a month. A wood making company in the United States should make their own products and not outsource from other countries like Canada. Had I known this fact and had I known that I would have to wait a month and a half to receive the product, I would have ordered elsewhere. In addition, the company upcharged me without my permission due to increasing costs on their end (Which is not my problem and just bad business). I will never buy from them again and I suggest that you thoroughly do your research and consider alternatives before buying from this company.

Hi Nick, We cannot apologize enough for the poor experience you had with us. Our priority in the last few years has been to source as many of our products as possible locally wherever possible, but sometimes we have little option and must endure longer than normal procurement times with non-local sources. This leads us to the topic of pricing changes as you mentioned above. We will never charge our customers for product(s) which cannot be shipped right away, and this can lead to some confusion where there is a large gap between the time an order is placed, and the time it is shipped, that we may be forced to adjust our pricing to remain competitive. In these instances we always contact our customers to update them on pricing changes and to request permission to proceed with the order before doing so. In instances like these we recognize that even after contacting customers like yourself, it can leave a poor taste in the mouth that we have not done our best in respecting your time and finances. We will do better to avoid scenarios like these, but wherever necessary communicate our handling of this process, and any price changes that may occur as transparently as possible. We wish you the best of luck with your table and all future projects, and hope we may earn your business again in the future.

Poorest customer service I have ever seen. I ordered 7 pair of drawer slides on December 8th, before I ever started a set of kitchen cabinets, and was told they were on back order and would arrive in January. I ordered an additional 2 pair on December 17th. Today is January 24th and the 2 pair are FINALLY in transit, but the 7 pair have never arrived and according to the information on "Order History" it shows there is no tracking number which indicates that they NEVER shipped. I am nearing completion of these cabinets and need those slides now! How can YOUR customer please HIS customer with such service? It's time to find a different supplier.
