“Navigating back and forth from cart to purchasing is not easy. Kept losing track of number of items in cart”

“I would have given it a higher rating if it wasn't for the fact that several of the SKU numbers that I typed in brought up different products and it was painstaking sometimes trying to get an order made up”

“The shipping costs are kind of high for small orders, especially if you need the item sooner than later, but overall, the experience was positive compared to many of the other options I explored, I supposed.”

“Items would be easier to find if the sale items are lumped together in categories vs. scattered all over. Hard to find items while sifting through a wide variety of other items. Eg - put all sanding discs together by size and not comingle sanding discs with router bits, hardware, etc.”

“I wasn't able to sign into my account and shipping was supposed to be free over $20, but still good deals. Just sorry to see the store close. Most of my machinery as well as much of my shop equipment has come from Woodworker's Supply of New Mexico over the decades I have been doing business with them. Visiting the store in Albuquerque was a real treat when I was passing through.”

“I know it's probably hard to keep up with everything, but having an item show up in a list as "in stock" on to find out it wasn't in stock when I tried to put it in my cart was disappointing. However not near as disappointing and depressing as Woodworkers supply in Albuquerque closing.”
