“Product descriptions on web pages are not very complete. An image of a 5 pkg of Drill bits results in 1 5/16th inch drill bit. May be the shank size of the pkg is 5/16 but no real way to know.”

“This is the second time I am ordering these slides first order was lost in shipping . I called twice and was told that new ones were on the way. That never happened. Now I am ordering 20'' slides when 22'' slides are really what I need just to get the job done. I guess when my CC statement comes I will see if I was credited for the lost slides.
