“Extremely poor interconnection between catalog and purchase/order process. I expect you have lost a large percentage of your possible orders because of this. My larger purchases seemed to be out of stock (no idea since it simply doesn't show up as a purchase item). The quality of your website and the lack of stock makes it look like you are going out of business.”

“I have an older version of the "Best Customer Catalog" I got when the Graham, NC store was open. I am surprise how many items have been discontinued. Do the "pro best customers" not get the discount now as is stated on the front cover of this catalog? Also, could I possibly receive a printed copy of the catalog? Wesley Freshwater”

“Was having problems that the web site kept on emptying my cart when I would add more items to it. Also, shipping costs seem excessive. Need a rating between "Poor" and "Acceptable"... wouldn't qualify this experience as poor, but certainly wasn't acceptable!!”
