“I tried 4 times before getting the booking accepted each time I got to page 5 it told me my booking was accepted then nothing I phoned twice to see if it had been booked the fist time is was told it was saved but not completed the second time I was told I didn't have an account after the third time I gave up and started to look else where it was only because my daughter encouraged me to gave one last try as it looks so nice that I tried again success at last fourth time lucky very frustrating”

“Accommodation clean and comfortable. Had warmly heated outdoor pool on doorstep which was a plus. Holiday park clean and tidy. The only disappointment was our first meal in the Beachcomber Bar where we ordered chicken burger and chips. The chips were dry unlike from a chip shop and the chicken burger too small for the large bap and not enough salad on it, would have been good to have extra salad too. Had a better meal at Polly's Cafe in Ilfracombe-no contest.”

“If we came again we would never book a bronze caravan, WE understud it was a budget caravan but it was terrible, it was damp the main door would not shut correctly and the windows were disgusting!!! We upgraded but had to pay £50”

“Caravan was not clean , signal glazed windows very noisy &cold , the can opener did not work ,reported it and took it back at 5.20 saying we where just going to start tea waiting on it , we had to go back at 6.40 asking where it was they give us one there and and then , we did report the van not clean and they sent some out to clean only to find it was still not right,and had to send someone again , 3 times going back and to was very disappointed.”

“did not find touring pitches in front of shop at all suitable for holiday. More like overnight pull in places. Rowdy campers making noise until 1.30. Site has many activities on offer but the touring pitches just aren't up to the standard we have found elsewhere.”

“Brilliant holiday village, lots to do, kids really enjoyed it, would of given 5 stars but unfortunately the accommodation let it down, we stayed in a bronze caravan and while it was relatively clean, it was really tired and dated and the bed was horrendous it not only smelled of sweaty dirty people, it was so hard that the floor probably would of felt softer.”
