“Just come back from a mid week break at the park. We stayed in a 3 bed gold caravan with a sea view, rooms were clean & comfortable. Fridge freezer was very small (esp if you had 6-8 people staying for a week) Lots of free things to do for children (swimming pools, crazy golf, play park, football golf, soft play, arcades as well as activities you can pay for such as climbing wall, trampolines.... all at reasonable prices. Both outdoor & indoor pools were lovely and warm. we visited the other parks, which had great facilities too. My favourite part of the holiday was the spa, so lovely to be able to chill out for an hour for free!”

“We LOVE Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks. We prefer to Stay at Twitching House as we can access Morte Hoe, Woolacombe beach as well as The WoolacombeBay sister park within walking distance. the heated outdoor pool at Twitching is available from May half-term, with the indoor pool and waterslides available at all times. They have a cinema which is very reasonably priced showing the latest films. The staff are exceptional in particular the Manager Chelsea. The entertainment is also brilliant. Highly recommended”

“Really poor mobile network reception and shocking that you come to a place and have to pay for WiFi in your caravan. What really gets you is the limited areas in which you can pick up the WiFi- if stopping in b24 like we did don’t bother paying for the WiFi as you won’t get it but because you pick it up by the clubhouse they won’t give you a refund. For a company this size I would have expected better but suppose it’s all about making money for them. Think about adding more WiFi boosters around the parks!!! Indoor swimming pools on Twitchen Park and Woolacombe Bay have had that much chemicals in them that after 30 minutes whole family complained that eyes were stinging. Reported to reception only to be told an outside company deals with that!!! Again great customer service.”

“Poor bar staff, no rush from them and the don’t serve people in the order they have been queuing, i’ve worked in bars for a number of years and a good Batman would know who was next. Seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Stopping in twitchen park, been to the other parks and service is a lot better there. If we come back wouldn’t come to this park”

“We stayed at golden coast, very pleased with site, some of the extra activities are expensive but has a lot of other things to do inside which is the main reason we picked it. Entertainment, live acts are good in evening. Villa clean and best bit was a bath and not just shower.have booked to come next year”
