“Would of been 5 stars but price gone up by £50 overnight 😡”

“My main concerns of the holiday was the unsafe chlorine levels at the pool. So much so that I will be reporting to the HSE. Clearly no action has been taken by the park manager. Looking at the reviews so many people have complained and voiced their concerns around this matter. I sat in the pool area keeping an eye on my children, so I did not even enter the pool. Within minutes my eyes started to burn, I started coughing and felt sick. I started chatting to lots of people who were also suffering. People’s skin felt like it was burning, eyes badly effected, breathing and coughing. I cannot imagine what the staff had to endure sat there on shift all day. This is a complete health hazard. So I feel action needs to be taken. Please if you feel the same then please feel out a complaints form on HSE website or contact them. This matter needs to be dealt with ASAP.”

“Booking process very simple, however a further explanation to make room for a cot would have been useful. Was unsure if this was for if you were bringing own cot or if hiring one. Only realised had to add when logged into account and checked extras”

“Great location and facilities for the kids come rain or shine. Kids absolutely loved it!!!! Accommodation small but clean and perfectly functional with amazing views. Already booked for next year.”

“Apartments very dirty, hoover full of someone else's dogs hair, cheap rustly bedding...! Apartments could do with a paint outside & there were lack of socket points. When the complaint was made to reception at check out & email once returned home the staff didn't seem bothered & nothing offered as a good will gesture either. Not sure we'll return!”

“We have been coming to Woolacombe for years and were disappointed that we can no longer add bus passes to the booking. This time we had to phone twice for advice and used the 'message' system too to find out. Everyone was polite, but the booking system used to be better.when you added things like you had before.”
