“The online system kept refusing to let me through to the payment page and then, when I finally got it sorted, the confirmation didn't show that I had pre-booked a plot and the number of it. It was only thanks to the lovely Margaret on the phone that I was able to get help and peace of mind. Not worth saving the £10 for booking online if the system doesn't work. Still, looking forward to the holiday.”
