“Booked online and discount was good but I forget to book a Silver lodge that included our dog so rang into the call centre and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and found me a Silver Lodge which included dogs, but when the confirmation came through it only stated 2 bedrooms and not 3 as I had confirmed with her so had to ring her back and she sent me through another confirmation.”

“Website kept crashing or saying nolodges available. Finally managed to book on the 6th attempt. Email confirmation was very quick but doesn’t state the location details of the lodge even though I paid extra to pre book the lodge.”

“My daughter absolutely loves these holiday parks, so much so that we store our caravan here now. The entertainment staff are amazing and can't do enough especially for the young ones. The shows that are put on are excellent and the facilities are always clean and well kept. Well done Woolacombe Bay.”

“I have recently booked this Holiday Park for the third year. The first time I visited I came with my husband, daughter and grandson who absolutely loves it and keeps asking to go again. The only downside is that my daughter is a teacher and we have no choice but to go during school holidays, which I must say is rather expensive.”
