“Not informed of anything- receptionist very poor interaction- poor beer- stuck on loo next day- entertainment very Poor quality apart from “ man with a thousand voices” he was excellent. Shop very over priced!”

“Entertainment staff were lovely. Facilities were great however, alot of the other staff do not appear to care. A few things overlooked which put a downer on the holiday such as no bed sheets on arrival etc.”
