“Fantastic place for all , BUT !! Please sort that road out leading to urselfs its 2018 the pull in's are not enough i left this saturday at 10am to get up the road there was the local bus then 3 caravans coming down i saw arguments road rage its not really wot u want on ur holiday at all it really needs addressing badley b4 summat happens but a top site top staff and gr8 place to stop no question !!”

“Website is very poor to use. Have to go all the way back to change a small detail. Pictures are very generic and poor. E.g. no pictures from outside/ view. Park map doesn't indicate where what caravans/ lodges etc are. Difficult to find information - i.e. map of park or pictures of park.”

“We stayed at the golden coast for the whitsun holiday as a family of 4. (2adults,7yr old and a 6 month old baby) We had a fantastic stay, the staff were incredible, loads of things to do. Wasn’t too expensive either. Our appartment was brilliant had everything we needed. Would recommend this holiday to everyone. Best kids holiday we have been on. We will be booking again for the summer holidays The Jones family”

“Site does not work properly. After paying and obtaining a booking reference it states a full confirmation email will be sent, 5 days later still nothing received. Spoke to a lady on the helpline and she promised to send an email still nothing received. They are quick enough to take your money and do nothing, a complete lack of communication. Totally useless, I hate to think what the service is going to be on site, if we ever get there.”
