“I mistakenly booked the wrong week for my holiday next year and changed my booking within two minutes on the website. My original booking had 20% off The second booking had 15% off. Not completely sure why I lost the extra 5% I did speak to a lady on the phone, but was fobbed off, basically.”

“We have been coming to stay at Woolacombe Bay Holiday Park for the past six years and sometimes twice a year. We have three children and six grandchildren all under 9yrs down to 1 yrs and there’s something for all of us at the park. From entertainment for the kids and adults to great food in the restaurant. We regularly go bowling at Gold Coast and the local beach is just the best and we have visited the dinosaur park nearby and Ilfracombe is a favourite to visit too. Even through covid we have managed to have a great time at Woolacombe Bay and we are booked for next year. Thanks for making our family holidays so special over the years.”

“I was disappointed with the very rude abrupt and impersonal text I received just a few days after booking telling me my holiday day would be cancelled if I didn’t pay the full amount in two days. Completely unnecessary when this was the first reminder I had received.”

“The park is well placed for walkers. The staff were welcoming and toilet block tried to keep clean. The pools are too small. There are too many dogs on site. At night it sounded like a dog pound. During the evenings dogs were in the only restaurant on site. They were not kept to the restricted areas for dogs.”

“The booking process has been very difficult, the website not letting me save options or even get past checkout; when I phone I was told it must be a fault my end and she could not do anything about it but would charge me extra to book over the phone, so my husband had to start the whole process again. Then when he tried to log in to his account the next day it would not let him - so inconvenient”
