“My review only concerns my booking. I had a terrible time 'logging on' because having been before ( it was very nice ), I forgot my password, and therefore couldn't get a booking...So later phoned through, and the receptionist deleted my former booking so I could 'log on' and book. My only concern is, that as that was a few days ago, I still haven't received my booking confirmation, or any further info....So if anyone reads this, could you please address this problem...Thank you in anticipation....Alan Taylor...”
