“I've not been yet, only booked yesterday. Comments on the booking proceeding though....... It's a shame you charge extra to use a credit card to pay, as credit cards are by far the most secure way of making online payments. Why would you discourage this? Also I booked a week in August 2017, and paid at the time of booking. But if I'd have wanted to spread the cost of my holiday and pay a bit each month between now and August 2017 the total cost would have been almost double! I feel that is a bit harsh and expliots those less able pay in full when booking.”

“The staff are friendly some anyway at reception and the entertainers but the indoor pool was full of human hairs at the sides and the outdoor pool had duck poo everywhere the camp was nearly shut for the season so there wasn't a lot to do”
