“Very quick and easy process to book online, was all completed in a matter of minutes and confirmation of holiday came through on email immediately. The only downside was that as I booked a pet friendly accommodation I assumed the price shown on the main page was inclusive of the pet surcharge and was rather surprised to find the £30 was added only after you booked the holiday.”
