“I only gave 2 out of 5 as I found the website difficult to navigate - it took a while to find the individual accommodation facilites and photos etc. The safeguard scheme price jumped up from £10 to £20 when it was selected, but as you have to select at time of booking, I had to go ahead with it and will have to sort it out - fingers crossed it's easily sorted. It would have helped if there was a chat facility available.”

Only criticism is it seemed quite difficult to make a group booking for three caravans as you had to keep doing them separately. Seemed a long winded process as I was booking them for myself and two daughters. Maybe a simpler process for group bookings. Anyway was helped out by your lovely staff member who was incredibly patient,”
