“Phoned customer services twice for queries regarding caravan locations. I spoke to 2 different ladies who were both equally polite and helpful. Booking on website was straight forward. I’ve stayed at these parks on 2 previous occasions, and we are really excited to be going back. First holiday in nearly 3 years.”
