“We had a good holiday rebooked for following year (2019). Only to receive a letter downgrading us to a different part of the park as you were upgrading, I rang up an cancelled the booking after receiving no apologies or even offered an upgrade for an additional charge, so no I was not happy with the service I received, and therefore not happy with your booking service.”
