“Not able to save the booking to check the park facilities. I amended a date and it kept remembered the original. Seemed to change it but the cost was too high at the payment page. Ended up starting again using my mobile to get the correct price.”

“On my first attempt I was unable enter my payment details. Then when I tried to log back into my account my password was not recognised so I had to request a temporary password. Also I wanted to book an 11 day holiday. The only way I could do this was to book a 7 day and 4 day holiday seperately but it is not guaranteed that we will be staying in the same accommodation for the whole 11 days because of this.”

“The location was lovely. If we stayed again we would book a better caravan. We booked gold but felt it was really only a bronze. We ate once from the site but the pizza was luke warm and not cooked enough although the chips were nice.”
