“"It was much better than I expected. We booked through a sun holiday so the price was fantastic. The caravan had everything needed, hearing, kettle, microwave, cooker, fridge, fire, tv etc. Was clean and cosy. Not a far walk to the main building. The arcade and soft play are by no means large but certainly did the trick for the kids. The pool was great entertainment with the pirate ship and waterworks coming on. My almost 2 year old loved it. The entertainment is upstairs which is fairly unfortunate with a toddler who would rather be in the soft play so keeps running to steep steps however any older than 2 I doubt would have this issue. Would highly recommend pottery painting, was a lovely activity and now have a beautiful money box keepsake. The beach is a bit of an awkward walk so if you plan on going a few days in a row I would use the bus or drive. Overall I was happy and would go back"”

“Wasn't wheelchair friendly, beach was not within walking distance, drove to Woolacombe each day and had to pay 8 and then 6 pounds daily left a day early due to expense as we are all OAPs”

“Value for money, the accommodation was way above expectations. Site was clean and tidy, no rubbish laying around. Staff and very friendly and helpful. Great activities and plenty of things to do. Loved my week exploring the parks and local area :)”

“My daughter injured her foot on damaged tiles at the pool. There was no contact from any staff despite this being reported to staff who were aware that we had to take my daughter to hospital. The injury happened on the Tuesday and we were staying till Saturday and ruined the remainder of the holiday for my daughter who had a very deep cut of one toe and slived the tip off another. I complained to Debbie on the Tuesday evening who had a poor attitude, stating that accidents happen, which i agrre with however there were damaged tiles around the pool which were sharp. I didnt want to ruin the holiday further but on Yhursday we returned to the pool with our other 2 children to find the sharp tiles still there. I complained again and an assistant manager came out with aqua putty to smooth over the damaged tiles and stop other children receiving the same injury as the hospital told us there had been a number of other children recently with the same injury. The way the whole situation was handled was very disappointing and nit what i would expect from such a holiday park. Other than that we did have a good time, the weather was good, the caravan was nice and the children enjoyed the activities.”
