“""The caravans are on the small side. The photos they show of the caravans on the website are nothing like them. It is very misleading. We stayed in a gold 3 bed and the living area was really small with no additional dining area so nowhere to put the table other than in the living room area which made it difficult to all watch the telly, which was tiny btw. The site itself is great, very modern and comfortable and excellent views. The swimming pool is great fun for the kids.”

“I booked a luxury gold caravan at Twichen house but it was damp couldn't use the wardrobe as it had Mildrew as did the bedroom so had to sleep InThe lounge. It was not luxury.when I complained to the manager she was rude and unhelpful and just walked away when I was talking to her. Intend to put this on social media .”
