“The caravan was clean, tidy and warm. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The park itself is first class, the facilities are very good as is the food. It was our first time here in many years and a lot has changed. The camping facilities are very good as well. We enjoyed it so much we have book to come twice in 2022 and can’t wait. Highly recommended. You can use the facilities in all the parks.”

“Had not been in a caravan for many years since living in Scotland over 25 years ago and didn’t really know what to expect, But Woolacombe bay made sure my first experience was a good one, caravan again I was pleasantly surprised (133) if you can get it, clubhouse was was again exceeding my expectations, very clean and bar very well stocked ( so I was told) ALL staff were very friendly will defo return to Woolacombe bay did I say caravan 133 👌”

“First time away with the whole family. We had a great time with all the kids and there was plenty for them all to do. The entertainment team were great. Already booked again for next year.”

“Have visited Twitchen on many occasions over the last 10 or more years, it's a really good site to stay with the added advantage of using the other sites as well. I can highly recommend all the Woolacombe caravan sites, lots to see and do, friendly staff and good accommodation.”

“Would have been 5 stars but was not happy with the view I had paid extra for. Had the same caravan last year and complained at the time and was assured if I booked two weeks again this year I would be able to pick my spot which I told the booking agent I spoke to when I booked this years break before I left last year. I was not happy when I arrived this year to find I was in the same caravan which overlooked their storage area. I have booked for next year and paid a lot extra for a new caravan so we will see. Such a shame no one listens.”

“Really nice site and pools, plenty for the kids to do, very clean with grest facilities. Only issue being site was very loud after 11 pm, seemed to be a party going on in the tent field until about 3am. a lot of guest not very happy about it.”

“Very enjoyable experience have been there twice before we have booked again for next year the only negative is it would be handy if there was a gate on the patio so the dog could go outside without being on the lead.”

“Well what a warm welcome we got, check in good but when we got to the Caravan D21 l wanted to know where the climbing gear was honestly you need to put a path and some steps down to the unit. I felt it very dangerous even in dry weather let's not even think what it would have been like if it got wet. Must say very disappointed. Well on a good note we went to reception and they couldn't have helped enough didn't ask the name of the person who tried to help but Harry took over and did everything to ensure what we got was more suitable. We had to pay more but was really happy with the unit. I would say our age didn't help with the situation but anyone would have had difficulty. We can't comment on the another parts of the park as we didn't get to use them, but l can say the site was spotlessly clean. Our unit was also very very clean and the pets were also look after well”
