“We have stayed once before and wanted to book again. Last year we could chose our caravan. This year the booking process wouldn’t let us. I had to call ( your very helpful operator) to find out why. Apparently, Fri-Fri holidays can chose their Van. This sees a bit inconsistent and is not explained. Last year we stayed in the Surf Village, which was beautiful. However, we found it odd that trees/bushes etc were not maintained to make the most of the amazing views. If there is a reason behind this, perhaps it could be explained somewhere, otherwise it just seems like a missed opportunity. On the whole, a brilliant, family holiday and bookings experience.”

“You make it look like the discount comes off the stated price of £917 when it's not. The holiday is actually much more at £1149 and when you book, then the discount is taken off. I can't find anywhere where this is the stated price of the holiday. Booking was really good, but I was quite let down by this.”
