“Had a lot of trouble booking, when we finally booked found out that when we had tick box for holiday safeguard, it had not processed it ,didn't have time to phone due to work, phoned next day to add it on, told i couldn't, seems very heavy handed for a mistake that could easily be sorted”

“We 1st visited woolacombe bay in 2018. We couldn’t resist booking up again for 2019. Twitchen house park is just perfect for a young family. The staff are really friendly and the amenities on site are excellent. Swimming pool and the walk to woolacombe bay through the woods is lovely. Can’t wait to come back”

“The booking process was very good apart from the fact that 1 dog was entered during the selection process but towards the end an extra fee of £30 was added for the pet As far as I could see there was no formation about the contents of the caravan e.g. bed linen / cutlery supplied etc”
