“Booking process was great until you get to the payment page where it just says this may take around 2mins to process and not to go off the screen. It stayed like that for much longer but I received an email immediately confirming the booking so a bit of a glitch there I think.”

“Went to Golden Coast site over February half term. Accomodation was to a very good standard, clean and comfortable. Good facilities and plenty to do on site. The kids club was really good - my 5 year old loved the daytime and evening sessions. Only downsides are on site food not brilliant and a bit on the pricey side for what it was. Also as only indoor pool open at this time of year the changing area is very small and found had to wait for a while for a cubicle (probably not an issue in summer months!)”

“The website was very clear, understandable and was easy to book a holiday. We had an online chat, they were amazing - they answered all our questions and were very helpful an polite. We were on the chat for around 40 minutes and they helped us decide which caravan would be the best for us to stay in!”
