The online booking process was good and easy to follow. I have booked to go to Woolacombe Bay several years in succession, and I was pleased to see that you had taken on board two of the points I had made in previous feedback I had given: 1. That the charge of £30 (for the past few years) to reserve a specific caravan was excessive, especially as I expect it affects a higher proportion of your regular customers who had come to regard specific accommodation as "THEIR home". I was very pleased to see that it had gone down to a much more reasonable £10 this year; 2. I was pleased to see that this year I was able to book a specific caravan (the same one as in every previous year!) actually online during the booking process, thus saving me the usual bother of having to make a phone call or send an email after my online booking in order to reserve a specific caravan. However, when I received the subsequent emails confirming the booking in general, I was disappointed to find that there was still no mention of the specific caravan I had booked, neither in the body of the text message nor in the attached .pdf, so I still had to send an email in order get written confirmation that the correct caravan had been reserved. PLEASE can you get your IT people to incorporate this minor, but to my family and probably many other "regulars", important information into the written confirmations.

Need to make it clearer about choosing a plot. Not able to expand map on phone to see where plots are .

Only stayed at one park so far which was Twitching house, was very hassle free. Club house could of done with more seating for entertainment. Also not many places to access cash and that became a problem when the card readers went down. Apart from that a pleasant holiday.

Easy to book. But...... The specs and facilities choice was a bit confusing. Ot was not easy to compares sites and accommodation types. I ended up making a spreadsheet so I could see them side by side. Payment process was easy. A little disappointed thats it cost so much more if i paid nearer my holiday. Its was amost like an intrest rate without the credit. Most place do not do that

I would strongly like to complain about the Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks Booking Service. I believed I had booked a 4 day stay 29 April to 3 May in a Bronze bungalow and paid the full price for the holiday. I never received a confirmation booking so I looked on my account and found that somehow I had booked 3 bronze villas for the same date. When I realized and rang about it I was told if I cancelled 2 of the bookings I would be charged £40 each booking. This has given me and my husband (75 year olds) great stress and we are very annoyed and as being regular customers we would probably be too afraid and annoyed to ever book again. I have been in contact and will be taking up a Dispute with my Bank to recover our money.all of it I hope and with no cancellation fees. Surely there should be a 24 hour cooling off period if a mistake has been made.
