“Hi, I wasn't sure of my password so requested a reset. The reset e-mail states that I would be prompted for a password update as soon as I entered it. This didn't happen. (I suspect this happened last time I booked which is why my password didn't work.) Apart from that everything was good”

“when I first went onto the website it was showing there was a caravan (gold) free for us to book when I then called the main sales team i was told it wasnt free for the campsite twitchen house. after leaving it until the evening I then went online and booked this for a gold caravan for the dates i wanted, if I didnt take it upon myself to go back online and have a look I would have missed out on this holiday I would like to ask in future that your sales team check the system and online aswell before telling me there was nothing aviaible to book!”

“Difficult to see what pools etc were available at each individual park. No plans of 3 bed caravans, so don't know if the 3rd bedroom is twin beds, double or bunks, which makes a lot of difference when booking for mixed families.”

“Booking won't work on my iPad, had to call in, only to be told it doesn't work on iPads, and they weren't able to honour the discounts online booking offers. Luckily we do have a desk top, but without it I would have had to pay more, even if it isn't my fault that it their booking format wouldn't work! To be brutally honest, had I not had the desk top, I would simply have gone elsewhere, So maybe something you should consider.”
