“Very easy to choose from the options given, very clear prices, very good 360 degree virtual tours, excellent website, however, when finalising the booking there was no confirmation that the booking had been processed. I did not receive a confirmation email so I called the number given. The customer service person could not see any record of our booking so i had to repeat the process of online booking again. I had to check my emails for confirmation as no confirmation that the booking had gone through was on the woolacombe bay website. This is the only recommendation I can give is for a confirmation page once the booking has been processed successfully.”

“stayed at twitchen park and although the park itself was lovely, unfortunately the caravan was not what I had booked and had not been cleaned properly. I reported this to the assistant manager who at first said what I was staying in was a new 2016 model ( as I thought I'd booked ) only after housekeeping informed me it was not did he admit it was not a new model. When I complained the caravan had not been cleaned properly he proceeded to be very blaze asking me what did I expect... Shocking. There was a funny smell in one of the rooms and after moving things around to see if I could find what it was, I came across ( under the bed ) a clump of tissue paper that had human feceas in it. Did not feel able to report this after my last meeting with the assistant manager. However, put the above aside and woolacombe bay is I beautiful place and I recommend it to anyone.”

“Booking Process When clicking on "Full Specification" for a particular caravan/lodge on a particular site, the web page sometimes moved to a different caravan, instead of expanding the details. Clicking for a second time on the "Full Specification" link always worked. Other than that, the website was easy to use. Full confirmation of the holiday booking came by e-mail very quickly.”

“There is no where on your booking form for towing on and off fees for caravans stored on site. This means I always lose out on the online booking discounts. I have mentioned this several times on booking. I have taken the step to book online and have offered to pay the towing fees when I arrive onsite. Mp lease would someone kindly respond to this email.
