“Was not very happy had a holiday first week of season was told would get discount on next holiday, tried to book when there new lady on counter at TWITCHEN HOUSE could not book this, was told had a month to book, head office was too busy to book, computers went down(390480) bought holiday from ebay from Phil Tonkin when i got home rang to book another holiday was told it was in someones name could not get discount as not my name why did they not tell me this when i was there. have been having holidays with you for about 5 years we live over 420 miles away, we had a lot of holiday s last year we spend a lot of money have a big family. I have booked another holiday without getting discount hope will not happen again booked by phone they would not offer me anything else to compensate for loosing discount ? 398853 new booking number Thanks Mrs Pamela Hopkinson”
