A bit annoying having to create a new password. I tried to book just using my email address but your system recognised that I was an existing customer and would not let me proceed until I reset my password as I had no idea what it was. During this process I was dropped out and had to start again. Why can we not book without having to enter a password?

Please upload more pictures of caravan. I can't see difference betwen bronze, silver and gold.

As mentioned when checking out we had many happy summer holidays with the children when they were younger and this was our first visit as grandparents. The place is unrecognizable, ourselves and daughter loved the changes,however there are a few teething problems we would love you to get sorted by the height of season so others can have the memories we have from when the children were younger. 1 the kiddy pool was so cold on Thursday it was empty many people would book just for the look of the pool for the children 2 no idea what the coffee was but it wasn't the cappuccino I asked for 3 the young guy at the bar had no idea how to make a pimms 4 Tuesday evening the curry and spaghetti Bolognese although tasty our bowls were full of water where the pasta/rice had not been drained right. It's the little things that make it perfect, we want very much for you to get it right with just a small push on extra training you'll be the holiday destination that will keep families coming for years to come, as I mentioned both the children now 28 and 30 loved our holidays on site and now they are starting to bring their children get it right for them. I found the website a little confusing, differentiating between the sites, but telephoned your office and found your lady very helpful. She answered all my questions so was happy to go ahead and book on line.

website was easy to navigate, however i experienced a problem with my booking, i selected for 1 pet, and at checkout it had doubled, i tried to go back to edit my order and there was no options in the details to view the amount of pets chosen. I progressed to checkout thinking i would be able to amend and the payment was taken in full. I had to contact the customer service desk who agreed to refund in cash on the day of arrival as otherwise i'd be charged again for a credit transaction.
