“Once I had decided which park to stay at it was quite simple to book and pay for our holiday which we are looking forward to. The sites were very comprehensive as to what is available and suitability for our family. Having two teenage grandchildren we need plenty for them to do if they can't go body boarding on the beach due to bad weather.”

“Once I got passed the account login stage the booking process was very easy, but it was a bit frustrating being told that I have an account set up already (I think just because I have booked previously not because I had actually and intentionally set up an account with you and previously created a password) that I was not aware of and therefore going through the fuss of getting a temporary password emailed out to me, then selecting the holiday again, then logging in etc.”

“Went through the booking process quite easily. Then said" we will ask your debit card" Nothing. waited 5 minutes nothing so went into email nothing shown .Phoned your Customer Service who checked it was booked. later got the email confirmation so all OK”

“When searching for tourer you are asked for how many people and if you have a pet I entered 2 adults 1 pet a list of pitches and prices appears I chose the one I wanted and went to book and then was charged an extra £1-50 PN for the pet. Surely that should have been included in the search price?”
