I was a little disappointed that a listing for 'pet friendly' accommodation incurred a surcharge at the very end of the booking process - I felt the price initially shown should have been a total price as I had already indicated no. of people staying etc. This really put the price up for a short break for us....

Overall it was good but rather confusing in that it wouldn't let you choose which holiday park in the initial part of the booking so when all the offers came up, I had to trawl through all the offers in all the park rather than just Woolacombe Bay, which is where we wanted to stay. Apart from that, it was good.

Unfortunately the price has rocketed compared to last year even if you go on a Friday with discount last year it was £526 on Saturday also bronze apartments are now on top floor not very good for people with walking problems or small children when on tight budgets this is our four year of coming down

almost seemed to easy to book a holiday, very little info needed although I didn't realise until the confirmation I had booked a totally different site to which I wanted due to the way they are shown on the site - either way i' happy!

The booking experience was good, although I am disappointed that I have to pay the full balance for the holiday by end of January as this seems a bit soon for an August holiday.

The overall booking experience was fine, however I do object to being charged £30.00 per pet which has added £60.00 to the price of our stay and for what, we have always thoroughly cleaned up after a stay at any holiday destination and to be charged such an extortionate rate is totally uncalled for. This may well be the last time I book with Woolacombe Bay.

Like most holiday operators who have pet friendly accommodation, we do make a charge for this and we do review our prices every year to ensure they are competitive. However, in addition at Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks we also provide each dog with our Pet Pack which includes lots of useful items plus a few goodies. We're not currently aware of any other holiday park operators providing such a service.
