Dear Mr Board, Thank you for booking with us and for your feedback. We can confirm that we do not charge any additional fees for payment by debit card; we do charge a 1.5% fee on credit cards which is inline with the greatly increased cost the banks impose for credit card payment. Having checked your booking, you have paid by debit card and have not been charged any additional payment fees on the transaction you have already carried out. “Simple to book. Would use the online process again (assuming nothing comes back to bite me between now and next August!) Shame about the credit card surcharge. Would have been nice to be able to select our caravan number/position. Can' t tell until you are in the booking process that the price quoted requires you to pay the full amount now or by the end of January. Sneaky....”

“it would be an easy process, but when you get to the month you wish to book, the page will keep going back to the begining if you scroll down a tiny bit, so it gets rather frustrating. maybe you could lose valuable customers because of this I know I have given up before. I think if this was to be resolved you would have a very good website”
