“The booking process online was easy to follow but after printing out the confirmation I couldn't get back to the home page to make sure the booking was complete. i had to wait for the confirmation email.”

“Good system but not sure how you justify charging £30 per dog. I understand an extra charge for cleaning carpets and up keep of dog walking area but you charged us a third of our holiday extra for 2 dogs for 4 day. I am sure you will spend more time cleaning up after kids and the basis for this charge is making money out of a pet owner market. We still booked it as we love your accommodation but morally you should rethink your treatment of pet owning customers.”

Thank you for your constructive comments and for booking with us. It is standard to make a charge for pet friendly accommodation and we do review our pet charges to make sure they are in line with other holiday providers. Unlike many of those we do allow up to 3 pets per Holiday Home rather than a maximum of 2, and our pet charge also includes a Pet Pack which is full of handy extras like water and feeding bowls, dog toy, pooper scoopers and a Woof Guide to Woolacombe - we're sure once you receive the pack you'll see the amazing value it offers. “I saved a quote, but then found it very hard to log in to my account, it was not obvious how to do this. Once in, the price had gone up, so i had to stert agwin. But the main booking and search process is good.”

“The booking process was fairly easy. although it's not clear when the bookings have been linked. Also the chat service I used when I completed by booking, which should have supported my booking, was poor and I didn't have much faith in the interaction. She didn't even read my messages properly.”

“The booking process was fairly straight forward- however, I spent along time trying to check I was in the right holiday park and the right caravan etc! It would be useful to redesign the site to make them very specific/ colour coded maybe? Also, I am interested in booking some facilities but not sure how/ when to do this. I also have a few questions regarding the site and its services and I put them into my booking form but I am not sure if I will have them answered or not!”
