“The website was fine, although I had to leave the booking to find my wallet and had to 'refresh' the screen when I got back. Unfortunately it defaulted a setting and I booked the wrong pitch. However, when I contacted the call centre, they corrected my booking without a fuss.”

“Easy to book at a great price. 2nd time at Easewell and enjoyed it again. lovely peaceful site with great walks from our caravan. One criticism. Showers need some attention as they constantly drip water.”

“It was fairly straightforward although I did have to go back to the beginning as I forgot to put my promotional code in, fortunately it kept my details, downside is I don't seem to be able to log back in to my account and never created anything that required a password but that was probably user error!”

“It was very easy to view the accomodation details and to make the booking. I am a little concerned that neither my requested account password reminder e-mail nor my booking confirmation e-mail have yet arrived, more than 24 hours after making the booking. When I have made previous bookings, then my booking confirmation has always arrived within minutes. Fortunately, I have written down my booking confirmation number.”
