“Have stayed at woolacombe bay parks many times before camping, static and touring caravans as well as cottages and have always had a great experience. On this occasion 24/09/2015 we booked a touring pitch at Easewell farm and once again the standard of facilities was excellent. Shower blocks and indoor pool very well maintained indeed and onsite staff ( only one man I saw during this quiet period) was courteous and more than helpful. The pitch was in good order and fully serviceable, the grass at the front of the pitches a bit chewed up from constant vehicle and van movements however there isn't a lot that can be done about this. my only negative of the whole trip was access to the pitches on arrival and departure, 'A' Field where our pitch was has fairly tight turns and almost no space to move without resorting to the grass (weather dependant), thank goodness the opposite pitch was vacant so I was able to drive onto that pitches hardstanding inorder to fully position the van. Also the access track to the pitches involved a couple of very precarious looking slopes where the risk of grounding the towbar or back of the caravan is near certain, this should be addressed as the only way to exit pitch area is go back along the way we came in however the tight turn at the top of the field either requires the luck of some vacant pitches or having to reverse all the way along the field to the top in order to make the hairpin turn, we had been told before our arrival this had already caused a camper to reverse into another caravans tow-hitch, could be much improved. That aside given facilities of the parks and quiet location I will be staying again. Thanks for a great weekend”
