“The new club house at Twitchen park is lovely, although expensive. Bus prices were out of our price range for the weekend so drove to the beach which was a shame. We do enjoy our yearly holidays to the park though”

“Very good and easy process. I found it frustrating that could not access in one opened window few descriptions for caravans, I had to open new window to be able to access the description for comparison. The problem was that when I tried to see the second chosen option the first one was closing and it was difficult to open it again to check few details. Also it would be more helpful if it was accessible from the ordering page to see the description of the campsite (you have 4 in Woolacombe) - again quite difficult fiddling between windows to find the information needed. But your website is one of the best we have been using before going away and I think it has very good and user friendly design.”

“Booking was fairly easy to do, however I had received an email with a discount code but on my computer I was not given the option of adding the discount code. I then had to restart the booking by clicking on the link in the email. I did receive the discount but don't understand why there was no option to add it during the booking process.”
