It was quite good and easy. Only drawback was chat help close to respond and terse. Ethan's have a few more people available if it gets busy instead of having to wait several minutes for answers to simple questions

At first quite easy , but when I checked the confirmation , the accommodation was not for a pet which I had specifically booked so I then had to phone up at cost to change it, The lady on the phone called Andrea was most helpful and sorted it for me but this should not have happened as I had booked for a pet as well.

The "Special Offers" seemed to be very good indeed, with huge discounts. When looking for the availability of a desired holiday period, the maximum possible reduction is shown as a "NOW" availability. It is not until one gets to the actual PAYMENT stage, that the conditions attached to the "Special Offer" are disclosed. The reductions are incremental, depending upon the percentage of the full holiday cost paid at the time of booking. The FULL discount can only be obtained if FULL payment is made at the time of booking. Whilst - fortunately - I was able to make the full payment when booking my holiday, I believe that the process of arriving at the apparent "NOW" discount should be shown as "UP TO" (maximum discount). That would avoid the elation of what appears to be a GREAT deal, only to be let down by the condition of full up front payment.

Straightforward for the most part and quick. The pet selection is a bit confusing. .by taping it on the search criteria for'who is going' I thought it was included in price so wasn't sure whether to add a in extras section.
