“Relatively easy book process, however would be useful if you were able to view the plot on which the caravan you are booking is situated. Would be useful to have an app for ease of booking also.”

“For constructive criticism only, It is not clear in your photos of various caravans which might or might not have french doors off the lounge area. Some of the floor plans contradict what you see on the photos. Some of the video footage is the same for several different types of caravans. Would be good if you could update website to reflect more detail.”

“I rang reservations as I am disabled and had a special request and needed direct parking outside my accommodation. the girl I spoke to was very helpful and advised that I would be best to book a caravan at the gold coast park as they have caravans with private parking so I wouldn't have to worry. So I went on line and booked this accommodation, however I noticed on the information that the parking can be directly outside OR NEAR by, hopefully I will get what I need, so to try to ensure that I get what I need I added a special request for this to my booking, however once I had submitted this it can't be seen on my booking so I have no proof that I made this request so, again I have to hope it turns out ok”

“Easy, clear booking service! Attentive and responsive staff, excellent amenities on site too! 4 stars due only to.....Price of food for meals / menu we find a little pricey if on budget. Ideas: Could have some offers on menu 2 4 1 or specials would be good? Discounts on certain meals etc?”

“Easy to book however i feel choosing the date to compare prices could be nade easier, its ok if you have an exact date but if youre not tied by a date and woukd rather go for price then its difficult to compare as you have to reenter it all.”
