“Was all very easy. I couldn’t find anywhere to request certain accommodation easily. I know I could have phoned and wasn’t critical to my booking but I would have liked to have known if where we are is in a hilly area as we have a member of the family with slight mobility problems. Other than that was all good and looking forward to our first visit!”

“Excellent holiday again! We have been coming to Woolacombe bay every year since our children were born. The new outdoor pool and flumes were a hit with the kids even in the rain. Accommodation was great as always. We stayed in a New Wave Sapphire and made full use of the BBQ. We had a couple of things missing in the accommodation a charger for the Bluetooth speaker and a clothes airer. As soon as we let housekeeping know they got us these within 10minutes. Excellent service as always! We have already booked for next summer.”
