What bizarre customer service. Most companies would send what they have and refund the missing item. Hope the remaining items turn up by the promised next day delivery ”

“ The worst experience with this company. My first delivery went missing, it took two weeks to resend it. They customer service is so rude. We finally got the jumpers and it was written they are from China. The quality was also bad. Be careful: on the return form they ask about your card details and CVV code ! Never send your full card details to this company. And you have to pay to return the items. ”
