Ordered on 29 November and had a confirm email. Nothing arrived by 7 Dec to be told that one item was now out of stock (they had only sorted the order on 6 Dec) so they planned to contact me next week to ask what I would want to replace it with! What bizarre customer service. Most companies would send what they have and refund the missing item. Hope the remaining items turn up by the promised next day delivery

Ordered on Sunday, all of my order had been delivered by Tuesday morning. Beautiful quality clothing made of fair trade, organic cotton for great prices! Wouldn't hesitate to order again.

the only way to return is to go online. I ordered by phone and expected to receive a return label. the products are great but, I will not order or recommend again until they facilitate returns for USA based customers. i.e. with return label featuring an actual address in the USA included in the package with the items!

I used to enjoy their sweaters, sufficiently to ignore the few unseemly rude "customer service" interactions. But trying to exchange a blouse (3rd time I tried to replace one I LOVED, with same appearance, fabric, etc. online but only to arrive different), I am supposed to pay $8 to return the one, WAIT 4 WEEKS for it to be received, THEN the exchange garment will be sent - seriously? *IF* it is still available. OR I can purchase another - pay another $8 for shipping to have it sent - so $16 for postage to receive an item in timely manner. Oh - and maybe a credit for one of the postage charges? "Not our policy." Maybe a supervisor could help with policy (said nicely)? "Not our policy." OK - well please then take me off of all of your marketing as I am no longer interested in working with these policies (said nicely). She HUNG UP - (9/30 @ 2:30, though NO ONE certainly ever would care enough to notice a bad review, guaranteed). Haughty and rude. There are plenty of other places to shop. CAVEAT EMPTOR. Oh wow - I wish I had checked these reviews first.

I ordered a US size 4 blouse (a size I've been all my adult life with consistent results). I tried it on, and it was too tight in the shoulders and sleeves. I checked the size tag and it said US size 2. So, I contacted the company because of the error. They will not pay for return shipping saying the blouse is a US size 4 and the US size 2 tag is an "old tag." That is the most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard. But it gets better. I'm trying to return through their "intelligent returns" online system, but this item is not appearing and the emails back and forth with Woolovers illustrates an astounding level of incompetence and a complete lack of concern. They won't cover $8 in return shipping to cover their error but are fine with losing me as a long-term customer (I'd bought from them before and was happy with the purchases). Just steer clear of this company. Not worth the hassle if you have an issue, and they don't care.

Bought a jumper for my partner - absolutely perfect. Great fit, nice colour and he is very very happy with it. Will be buying more. Good value too.

The sweater too small and I can't figure how to return item. The phone is not working and being old I can't figure out what info they want.

I have loved every item of clothing I have bought from Woolovers - sweaters, tops. I always get lots of compliments when I wear a Woolover item.

So far I have bought three nice items from Woolovers but, since realising they were all made in China, I will not be purchasing anything else from them

I have sent a picture of 2 sweaters which developed holes under the arms .like the 2 I bought previously. You say that because I have had them more than 6 months.so you are not prepared to do anything. Next step ombudsman.and your head office can be bothered to reply either. Rubbish company. Will never buy from you again And you have lots of bad reviews,I.m delighted to see. Serves you right.selling cheap rubbish

The sweater was amazingly too small. I think it was meant for a toddler or chihuahua. I can see why they were all sold out of XL. I got charged for shipping it to me and for shipping it back.

This site is a rip off. It used to be great and I bought various of their products over the years but one time there was a shipping issue and the after sales service was so poor I decided to stop buying from them though I remained subscribed to their site. I decided to give them a second chance and selected an item at GBP49. Unbelievably if you're buying from a Euro country they convert automatically to EUR77.95, before other charges. That's a complete rip off - it should be EUR56.33, so they've ripped you off EUR20 before you've even left the store. Avoid if shopping from overseas.

The Aran Knitted Jumper is undersized but it is so uncomfortable the wool is so coarse it’s like wearing a rough hessian….appalling Do NOT BUY it’s a waste of money!

Sent back 2 items which Woolovers say they have never received and I have not been refunded for which comes to approximately £100. Also one of their tunics hang badly after a couple of hours of wearing.

I brought a lambswool cardigan from Woolovers a year ago pleased with size and fit. However over the last two or three months the cardigan has shrunk smaller and smaller, now it no longer fits me. I followed washing instructions so can't understand why this has happened. I phoned customer services to ask what could be done. They told me that couldn't help as my complaint fell outside their six month return policy. I think a jumper like this should have lasted me for years, so very disappointed with the companies attitude. Will not be using them again.

I purchased a sweater from WoolOver on March 7, 2022 for $85.02. It is the same sweater that appears on page 32 in their most recent catalogue. My sweater is unraveling. In fact in what I thought was a fluke, I took it to a tailor about a year and a half ago to have a previous hole re-woven. Since then it has unraveled in three more places. Like all my sweaters I have cared for them as instructed on the labels and have had them for years. I wrote the company with this complaint and asking for a refund or at least a partial one. Their response: "...our returns policy for faulty items, is that these must be reported within 6 month of purchase." If I had known that this sweater was made in China I would not have purchased it. This is a very inferior product, expensive, and does not instill confidence in further purchases from this company. Photos below

Cannot give lower rating. I purchased a jumper ax late xmas present as this was made in the UK even though it's price was higher. Requested next day delivery. The site mentioned nothing about which companies it uses for delivery though I assumed that of you sell quality product your customer service extends to delivery and you use a company with decent reputation. No!!!!! they use evri. package posted by them 27th, i expected it 28th. today is 4th january. the company does not answer emails and does not respond to phone calls with actions. I requested refund as evri told me they lost it. Zero response to!!!! never again

I have bought from Woolovers, until I noticed that their stuff is made in China. Not even in Taiwan, or Bangladesh, like M&S. A word to the wise - you need to remove the Hatter boots from Moshulu. I trust Hatter so little that I’m not even going to return the boots. I’ll use them for walking my dog instead.

I bought a bag of six moth repellent cedar balls from Woolovers, three years ago. It cost £5.00 plus £3.95 for P&P. I’ve since discovered that another UK company sells a pack of 24 cedar balls for the same price and P&P is free! What a rip-off!
