...completely ignored my complaint about the quality of their so-called "Aran" sweater. It is falling apart at the collar.... avoid these. I called a rather unhelpful contact in their sales office. Then emailed my complaint with a photo and received no reply ....
I will avoid this company in future. They are aptly named; they certainly pulled the wool over my eyes! I have given them a star only because you have to!
