I purchased a sweater from WoolOver on March 7, 2022 for $85.02. It is the same sweater that appears on page 32 in their most recent catalogue. My sweater is unraveling. In fact in what I thought was a fluke, I took it to a tailor about a year and a half ago to have a previous hole re-woven. Since then it has unraveled in three more places. Like all my sweaters I have cared for them as instructed on the labels and have had them for years. I wrote the company with this complaint and asking for a refund or at least a partial one. Their response: "...our returns policy for faulty items, is that these must be reported within 6 month of purchase."
If I had known that this sweater was made in China I would not have purchased it.
This is a very inferior product, expensive, and does not instill confidence in further purchases from this company. Photos below
