Their sizing on an item I ordered is incorrect, it's an S but it fits like a M-L. I know because I have several items of theirs in S including the exact same item I ordered, it's always my size for years, has never changed.
They refuse to acknowledge their mistake and pay return postage and exchange the item.
Have been a loyal customer for years, but will now never order anything from them again. Zero stars.
