I like the products but your returns arrangements are dreadful.
Why cant I take a returned item to my nearest Woolover shop?
An unnecessary return postage cost is highly irritating.
I wont be ordering online again and have unsubscribed from your e-mails to avoid future temptation.
I have spent a lot of money in the past. Silly business model that causes you to lose customers.
