Ordered on 29 November and had a confirm email. Nothing arrived by 7 Dec to be told that one item was now out of stock (they had only sorted the order on 6 Dec) so they planned to contact me next week to ask what I would want to replace it with! What bizarre customer service. Most companies would send what they have and refund the missing item. Hope the remaining items turn up by the promised next day delivery

Hi, I had been given a present by my ill mother in law, but present was too small. I asked for an exchange, but they said it should have been done by 6th January. V sad, as i have bought loads from Woolovers and have always been very pleased. I understand a refund not acceptable, but NOT TO AGREE to exchange for a bigger size.... very poor. WATCH OUT future buyers, incase it happens to you.

Woolovers are now refusing to refund the original delivery cost, despite being legally required to do so by the 2013 Consumer Contracts Regulations.

THen they ignore emails regarding refund and then when you call them they say they are waiting for the manufacturers to respond as to whether they are happy to refund despite the fact that Woolovers website says they have a no quibble return policy if you arent happy with the products
will never use this company again, buyer beware, their website promises one thing and the reality is something very different indeed.
