When I contacted so-called 'customer service' (took three messages and a week for them to get back to me) they told me they'd 'changed their sizing' and refused to provide a return label.

The quality not as good as it used to be.I rang customer service because the returns label was stuck on invoice she said to wtite address my self also wrong bar code had been printed on label.I asked if I could return goods to shop in Chichester she said she thought so.I thought the idea of customer service was just that to make sure the customer was happy.I will not be using this company again.She showed no interest at all.

Not receiving confirmation of orders. Not receiving any tracking. Cancelled order still sent, found in hall of our flats. No replies from emails although they say expect a reply within 48 hours. Very poor service and do be very careful when ordering your size. They can be much larger than expected.Angela

Ordered on 29 November and had a confirm email. Nothing arrived by 7 Dec to be told that one item was now out of stock (they had only sorted the order on 6 Dec) so they planned to contact me next week to ask what I would want to replace it with! What bizarre customer service. Most companies would send what they have and refund the missing item. Hope the remaining items turn up by the promised next day delivery

I used to enjoy their sweaters, sufficiently to ignore the few unseemly rude "customer service" interactions.

It used to be great and I bought various of their products over the years but one time there was a shipping issue and the after sales service was so poor I decided to stop buying from them though I remained subscribed to their site.

The site mentioned nothing about which companies it uses for delivery though I assumed that of you sell quality product your customer service extends to delivery and you use a company with decent reputation.
