“Ordered a pair of ridding boots with the option of returning them if they were small. It took them more than a month to come (i needed them for my job) but the box was not in a good condition cuz it went to a ship to come where i am (in an island) and they were small. Called and informed them and sent them back to athens to go back to their warehouse (travel by ship again) so the box got even worse. Even tho the shoes were in perfect condition they would not accept them because the box was "a mess" even though it was clearly not my fault.”
